Superiority
Appearance: white powder or gelatinous crystal. Density: 2.498g/cm3. Melting point: 530℃.Not hygroscopic. Hardly soluble in water, ethanol or ether; insoluble in alkaline solution.BF3 can be decomposed by strong acid. Fluoride and borate will form while melting with alkali metal carbonate.
